This eg civic needed a new power plant, so the customer decided to increase the value of his car by installing a newer motor kit .The 04 K20A kit from japan would do the trick.Once you get the list of parts to do this swap, they are very fun.Of course hunting for custom hoses and custom axle fabricating are also part of the job. D/C sport race header/ AEM cold air kit /Hondata/custom axles/custom fuel system/walbro fuel pump/BDL fuel rail/ Hasport mounts/ and all the other needed parts will make this one fast Honda. With the AEM air intake kit, they dont allow for a washer fluid resevoire, so i had to relocate a bottle from a Toyota pick-up. Dyno results will be up shortly!

Faycal' s car ran for the first time today, a wiring issue kept the car from running smoothly.We need to get an exhaust on there now as the car is extreamly noisey.No doubt a 3 inch exhaust will be installed.

 Faycal came back with an impressive exhaust line on the car, the dyno is done, and the low end power is insane, dyno chart within days.The dc sport custom header is probably responsible for the lower than normal hp and unusually high torque---168 tq and 215 hp were the numbers i was told by Mike

the answer to all problems is a k-swap	200 plus horse power	a custom D/C race header
passanger side mount	fitting the Hasport brackets	the rear mount bracket goes through the bracket for the steering rack
rad and condenser brackets before	after removal of brackets	2.0 liters should win a few races
everything fits like a glove	an over the top fuel system but who cares	with the aem intake kit you have to install custom washer bottle.This one is from a toyota pick-up
